The Artisan 30H takes the magical sonic qualities of the 30W EL84 power stage and distils it to a new level of tonal purity. One channel is built around an EF86 with a 5-way Bass Shape switch and the other an ECC83 with the addition of a Voice control for extra tonal flexibility. The Master Volume delivers the pure, natural crunch that you would expect from an amp of this quality.
This is a highly underrated amp. A simple A&B box allows you to switch between the channels.
The sound sample was played through a 1 x 12 Celestion G12H using a SM57 into Nuendo. Imagine a 4 x 12 cab rocking on stage.
This sweet amp is a 24 watt EL34 based Marshall style amp. It uses Mercury Magnetics Fat Stack transformers. 24 watts makes it perfect for club and studio use. It sounds great with single or humbucker guitars.
